Ember is free to download and every new user starts with a three-week free trial; after that, a subscription is required. Billing and cancellation are handled by Apple in your App Store subscription settings. More questions are answered on the support page.
Common questions
Why a subscription instead of a one-time purchase?
Ember syncs your tasks in the cloud and runs the MCP service that connects your AI agent to your list. Those are ongoing costs, so the pricing is ongoing too, and it keeps development sustainable.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, open Subscriptions, select Ember, and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing, so there is nothing to cancel with us directly.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is saved for up to six months after your subscription ends, so you can come back without starting over.
